Police Chase Games
Police games are about the chase. Sometimes you drive the patrol car and ram suspects off the road. Sometimes you are the one running, dodging roadblocks and spike strips in an open city.

When you are the cop, aim for the rear corner of the fleeing car to spin it out. When you are running, side streets and tight turns help you lose pursuers better than open highways do.
Many police games track a wanted level that rises with every crash or near miss. Breaking line of sight for a few seconds is usually the quickest way to bring it down.
